Exchange of teachers is a program endorsed and agreed by the three heads of madrasah aliyah country / school of Islam that is the head of MAN 4 JAKARTA, MAN MAN 3 MALANG and IC Gorontalo. This program aims to photograph one of them related to excess school then expected that new things can be absorbed and may be implemented in schools.The program only lasted for one month. However with a very short time, many things are expected to be transferred and absorbed by the teacher.
